 I LOVE Plan toys! Sep 19, 2009

I have added a ton of Plan toys to my toddler's holiday wish list because of our positive experience with this item. MUCH better than Melissa & Doug items...no paint or labels to chip/peel off.
I bake a lot...bread every other day...so these have been great for my 2-year old to role-play baking with me. They have been on vacation with us twice, in the kiddie pool, all over the house, and still look brand-new.
I especially love that the tines of the whisk are made with string....doesn't bother the kis at all, but they are not benable or ruinable! And the rolling pin really rolls!

The whisk gets the most use hands down, but all the utensils are lots of fun. Great accessories for a play kitchen.

I did keep this set because of the unusual items it contained, but it is really too small for preschool children.

My kids love playing with these cooking tools. I love knowing they are made of safe wood and by a responsible company. I like that the whisk is not hard plastic - so it won't scratch anything. The utensils are a bit small - but perfect for 2 - 5 year old hands!

I am a HUGE fan of Melissa & Doug because of their quality and fantastic customer service. That being said, I was pleasantly surprised by the Plan Toys quality. The utensils are very well made and worth spending a little extra on because they are made from eco-friendly wood, something I wish Melissa & Doug would consider doing.
