Great for my puzzle loving 3 year old Sep 14, 2009
By Kevin W. Craine
"Baba Geek"
Have had this puzzle for about a year now. It is holding up really good!
The case is great, nice and sturdy (my 1 year old likes to stand on it). The handle and latch are also nice allowing my kids to learn how latches work. And the puzzle fits in the box nicely, unlike some big piece puzzles that are a pain to get back in the case, my 3 year old can put this away on his own. The case also promotes putting things away since it is so different and easy to carry (I just make it part of the puzzle going experience).
The Puzzle itself is very nice, with very nice artwork. My son has learned where all our relatives live. It started with learning what they lived next to, for instance we live next to the Peach. Then after awhile he learned that the peach is in Georgia. This was a fun way to learn about the states.

Excellent quality Jul 22, 2007
By m's mom This floor puzzle is a great way to learn about the states. My daughter is 4, and after doing it a couple times with help, she can now do it herself. I'm not sure I'd recommend this for a child younger than 3 as it's challenging with 50 pieces, but everything about it is top-notch. The "suitcase" it comes in for storage is very sturdy and wonderful quality. This would make a fabulous gift.

Good, but not my favorite Jan 13, 2009
By O. Beal I have purchased several other puzzles from this company that we have really liked. The puzzles are all of a sturdy construction and well made. This particular one just doesn't seem as interesting. Perhaps it is because there is not as much color or distinction between the various parts of the puzzle. My son tends to get frustrated and abandon it. There are better puzzles of the United States out there.
