These are only 5-6 inches long-- smaller than I anticipated (says 8.7 inches in product dimensions- that is the box, not the contents), but work well for little hands. My 18 mo old is enjoying these instruments.

Brought for my one year old who is really into music. The instruments are small - but good for little hands. The shaker doesn't really make any noise, it's hard to get it just right to get it to work right, and a child small enough to use it probably wouldn't figure it out. It had two elastic cords, I removed the top one and it is slightly easier to make a sound, but now it's kind of flimsy. I wouldn't reccommend.

I purchased this for my 12 month old for Christmas and he has not been able to put these down. They are small enough for his little hands and he loves that he can bang them together and make noise with them. It is so cute to watch him carry them with him all around the house. If your baby likes to make noise, I highly recommend these! I love that they are wooden too.

These are fine and of good quality, but smaller than anticipated. The clapper is difficult for babies as you have to swing it pretty good to get a good sound.

This toy was a big hit for my niece who is 15 months old! The pieces are small and easily fit in a small childs hands!
