i bought this for my son when he started preschool. it fits a 3 ring binder and folder as well as an extra set of clothes and diapers. i love that he has a durable backpack that is pvc free and it doesn't have characters like toy story or handy manny on it.

My almost 3yo son loves wearing this backpack to preschool. It is definitely a bit big for him, so it might work better for a slightly older child. It's really cute and well made. I would definitely be interested in buying other products from Crocodile Creek in the future.

This backpack is the perfect one for a fire truck loving preschooler. It's the perfect size for my 3 1/2 year old. And since he's a fire truck lover, it's doubly perfect.

This is a very simple, bright backpack that is perfect for preschoolers. My son is 4 and has been using this backpack over the past 4 months. The bright yellow and red colors energize children that young. The fire truck logo is perfect for little people who are discovering machines. There is plenty of space in the pack for preschoolers to put their lunch bags, change of clothes, papers, crafts, etc.
I'm not sure how durable this pack would be in the long haul. So I wonder if it will see the light of kindergarten. After 4 months, there is some very minor fraying along some seems where the pack has obviously rubbed against a rough surface. It's just general wear and tear that doesn't take anything away from the appearance. We always hang it up after school in a safe, dry place. We'll see how it holds up over time.

Really cute and perfect size for my 5 year old. After 6 months the zipper broke and cannot be repaired. I expected more.
