Great Fun Aug 10, 2008 This is an excellent toy. My two sons (4 & 7) love playing with it. My husband says the construction makes it sturdy and easy to use. We will order more expansion sets. I would definately recommend this toy to others.
No lights? No Sound? No problem! Jul 21, 2008 I finally found a toy to keep my children (and husband) occupied for hours. The best part, there are no lights, no sounds and no plastic, just good old fashion imagination and creativity. By keeping the safety of children in mind, Hape Toys created their marble maze, Quadrilla, lead free and toxic free.
Recently, they turned their attention to the safety of the earth by creating the first ever collection of games constructed from bamboo. In addition to being lead and toxic free, these games are made from a lightweight but durable and sustainable source.
Entertaining and Educational Jan 12, 2008 My 4 yr. old son loves this toy! He understands the building concepts and likes to change the configurations (with my help). The only caution I have regards the marbles. I have caught my son putting a marble in his mouth before. So I only give him about 5 or 6 marbles at a time and don't let him play with the marble run unsupervised. When he's done playing, we put the marbles away. When he's older, I don't think this will be an issue. And--I think he'll still enjoy playing with this.

Quadrilla okay, but not great Dec 19, 2007 I have played with Quadrilla at toy fairs and found that, while it's aesthetically appealing (forms, colors, etc.), it actually has limited appeal in the long run -- there are only so many things you can do with it. I vastly prefer Cuboro and Chaos Tower for complexity, variability and beauty.

this is not worth the money! Oct 26, 2007 I am very disapointed!! one wrong move and it comes crashing down!! I must not have the secret that everyone else has.. but my children are very upset when it falls.. as am I because I have to spend time building it up again. I'm sending ours back! PLUS the marble stops in the middle of the track and we have to push it which one hard push and there it comes down yet again!! what am I doing wrong??
