 Silks are Great for the imagination May 08, 2012

My girls (2 & 4 yrs old) have had so much fun w/ this silky. So much you can do w/ silkies...truly great for the imagination. I also love the fact that b/c you can use it so many different ways we were able to get rid of several other items which is nice b/c we are limited on space.

My three year old got this for Christmas last year, and it gets tons of use. He uses it to build forts (it's light enough he can manage it, whereas a big blanket is too heavy for him to manage alone.) He makes it into a superhero cape, he plays peek-a-boo with his little brother, and so on. There are days I am so glad he has a toy that doesn't make any noise and doesn't need batteries, and takes no space to store. We often bring it along on trips because it takes no room in the bag. It's been a huge hit.

My daughter loves her play silk. It is so versatile and really encourages imaginative play, creativity. IT can be anything she wants it to be, and it has lasted several intense washings because of illnesses. Even though we washed it without using any special care, it has still held up phenomenally. Plan on purchasing some more soon.

Only problem is delicate silk can snag...my two year old loves this and uses it for everything!
