My daughters got this as a Christmas gift - it says it is a "reversible pink/lavender cape", however in reality this is a pink scarf - not even silk. There are no ties - you are supposed to just knot the thing around their neck. There is NO WAY anyone should pay $30 for this as it is not a cape, it is simply a square piece of sheer pink fabric.
