 Not Rainbow, but fun Sep 22, 2011

I got this as a gift for a friends son and when she got it she said it was a great gift that he would love, but the rainbow listing s misleading. While she did get more than one silk they were all yellow colored. She's crafty enough to probably tie dye them herself but since I meant this as a gift I do feel badly that the silks weren't actually rainbow colored or even several different colors.

I thought I was getting a basket of silks- the picture is misleading as well as the product description. This is one little square piece of rainbow silk. I"m returning mine- definitely not worth the money.

My 2.5 year old son instantly fell in love with the rainbow play silk. He loves the texture, and he loves playing with it. His favorite thing is to pretend he is a ghost and he likes seeing the world in the different colors through the silk. He's also used it as a belt and a lovey. It's almost like a very light-weight security blanket. We will get more silks so we can do different things with them. I do feel the price is a bit prohibitive, though. We're going to try dying our own silks to save money.

1.5 year old and 3 year old love playing with these silk scarves. Its large enough to be a cape, a skirt etc. , put over their head so they can play ghost, see-through enough that they can walk around playing ghost. I'm going to buy some more...

NOT AS DESCRIBED!! The playsilk I got was PLAIN WHITE. I'm really unhappy as I paid more to have a rainbow one than a plain solid color one. And I certainly didn't want a plain white one!
